Cooky Geneva primarily offers in-store pickup as the preferred method of receiving your orders. We do not provide shipping to external addresses. This allows us to ensure the highest level of product quality and freshness.

2.1 **Designated Pickup Times:** When placing an order, you will be able to select a designated pickup time. It is important that you pick up your order during the specified time to ensure the products are at their freshest.

2.3 **Late Pickup:** If you are unable to pick up your order during the designated pickup time, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee the same level of freshness for late pickups, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.
